Document Control and Management
Document control is a critical part of HSE Case Management and each case record should be a silo of all information gathered while the process is active.
The system allows for any electronic documents, report or photo to be uploaded to the particular Case Record. This ensures each case has a copy of all information relating to the incident safely stored electronically within the system.
This might be a Court case many years later allowing the organisation to produce a clear declaration of all steps taken when an incident occurred including Immediate Controls, Basic Causal Analysis, Policy or Procedure changes, Investigation outcomes and Rehabilitation and Claims management.
The WMS product also allows downloading from or linking to an external document management system to ensure policies and procedures current at the time are linked to the case.
